I , i have an ipo 500 v2 (63) with a PRI and i whould like to know if its possible to get a diff sound of ring incoming and tranfering call for diff company and/or diff incoming call route.

No. Not unless it's an analog phone.
You can TAG the incoming call routes with different names, or point them to different huntgroup names, and that will display on the phone.
But ringing, no.
