Hi,
in Impromptu client reports show desired precision for a list of positions in one column (some positions have presision set to 0, some to 1 or 2) ... but after publishing it to upfront the precision is lost and everywhere values have 2 places after comma.

What is wrong?
Gregory

Gregory,

Does the report use specific number formatting, or does it just use general? If it is general, it is probably defaulting to the Windows regional settings, which may be different between the client computer and the IWR server.

Just a thought.

Thank you Dave, I'll check it. I should have said that report has conditional formating of precision. It's ok in full client and wrong in Upfront (Cognos 7.1) ... and it was ok in upfront before but suddenly went wrong. I re-published it but it didn't help.

Regards,
Gregory

Gregory,

Aha! Conditional formatting is another beast. Is the conditional formatting using a custom style? If so, you have to copy the setting for the new style into the impromptu.ini on the IWR server, or refresh them if they were overwritten there accidentally.
