Hello,

I am wondering if someone has seen this before.

Our client is phoning one of their colleagues mobile numbers from their desk phone the CLI on the mobile is the clients office main number however when he calls his own mobile from his desk phone it is displaying his DDI instead.

Has anyone ever experienced this and what setting is changing this.

He would like his DDI to display rather than the main number

Create a user Short code
?
Dial
.sXXXXXXXXX where the x's are the number he wants to send. It must be part of your indial (generally)
Line group Same as before

In monitor:
Use Call> Target Filter to observe what CLIP you send.

I have seen similar before
if you are sending a personal CLI (as evidebnced by your own mobile) & the recipuient is not getting it them the problem lies on the PSTN, probably with the mobile provider for that person.
(un less you have a shortcode configureed to override the CLI sent to that particular destination)

Hi IPGuru,

So different mobile providers can prevent what is displayed on their mobiles?

As I said I have seen it before
we had one provider that was showing the circuit base billing number rather than the Personal CLI transmited by the IPO

grab a monitor trace of the offending outbound call
if you can see the IPO sending the correct CLI then the isseu is not yours

This is the exchange/mobile provider, Vodafone in the UK did a few times in the past and there is nothing you can do about it.....:)
