different Config 4422

Hello,

How to specify that the 4422 ip-phone take local configuration instead of SW file in dbc42x02 directory ?

I've read that all the phone take the same configuration.

My pb : I'd like to have ip-phone with different configuration (just the VLAN PC changed).

I've try to rename the d42x02-config.txt in d42x02-config.old, and to change VLAN PC directly in the ip-phone.

But when I reboot it, it always take the old conf.

try to delete the ip address of the sw server in network configuration of the ip-phone.

I've already try to delete ip address of the SW or to attribute another ip address, but the phone always keeping the same config !

When I change manually the config and specialy the VLAN PC config directly on the phone, perhaps, I don't do the right thing to save the config on the phone ?????? because, it always keep the last config (when it find the SW and take this config).

Nobody have this pb ?
Nobody wants to have some ip phone with different config of Vlan-PC on it ?

To make IP phone load local software, you can go to Setting of Phone, find Auto Software Server, change to No. And change the setting you want.

BTW, you can set up another software server, change configure that you want, and apply it to some IP phones you want to test.
