IE
Hi

Not sure even if i have the correct forum but, anyway
after developing my site for the last 3 months and checking it with different versions of IE I now discover that it looks absolutely **** in Firefox, Mozilla,
etc. Ok I'm new to this web development stuff but took the leap from using
dreamweaver mx to actually handcoding all my sites using css (no tables) etc.
Now I discover that the sites I designed in dreamweaver are fine in the other browsers and my new hancoded sites are useless in other browsers. I thought this was a step forwards to learn how to handcode, can someone give me some advice, not very happen is there a list of standard css code that will work in all browser.

A link to the site in question, or at least the code, would be great. Without that, it's impossible to tell you exactly what needs to be changed.

Oh how I sympathise with this cry from the heart! I have been experiencing exactly the same problems myself (see "Creating a Barchart" a little further down the list.

I shall be reading the replies you get with great interest!
