HI,

Have found out there are three similar software

Visual Basic 6,
Visual Basic.net (Upgrade version of Visual Basic 6),
Power Builder latest,
Delphi Ver Latest

1) Want to know the technical differences.

2) Advantages against each other.

There is a thread How to choose between VB and Delphi in this forum. It is on the second page with a view of 20 threads per page. You have a look at it.
I don't want to repeat the same again here :)
I have no idea about Powerbuilder, but I don't think that it has the flexibility, simplicity and power or Delphi.
The only other languages that match the power are C++ and Assembler! ;) Welcome to the Pythian Games!
