Difference between SunOs and Solaris !!!

Hello i already used Linux, i want now to use a SunOS now,
But all the doc i had found in the net is about Solaris 7 & 8

PLEASE what the difference between SunOs 5.7 and Solaris 7 or 8

None whatsoever, they're the same thing. If you do a search on this forum for SunOS, there was a thread on this subject matter a little while ago. HTH.
