Dears,

I have Option 11 C Release 4.5, with defected NTDK70BB power supply, can I replace it with NTDK78AB?

I've found this old report below

AC/DC POWER SUPPLY UNITS ON OPT 11 FOR NTAK04 AND NTDK78

NTDK78 ARE BEING USED AS A REPLACEMENT FOR NTAK04'S..BOTH P.U'S ARE THE SAME.
HOWEVER,THE CARD CAGE WILL NEED TO BE MODIFIED SLIGHTLY TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW POSITION OF THE POWER LEAD.

I'm sure I've seen plenty of NTDK70 power units. The important thing to be aware of are the dip switches on the top and the hidden one just below the cover by the dip switches. It's best to have them the same as the one from the Option 11 system.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

so for replacing NTDK70BB with NTDK78 there is no problem, and don't need to modify the cabinet, but I should be aware of the DIP switches, okay, I hope this can work. but why I couldn't find any document that it will work, do anyone have some PDF that says they both will work?
