Diff-incre is taking full backup

I hv a problem, in one of my server diff-incr backup is taking full backup, 2 days before backup was no problem.
even i tried to re-create policy, still same problem, can any help in this reg.

i am using netbackup 5.1 on w2k

Do you have "use archive bits" checked in the global attributes? Also, what Applications are on this server and type of OS?

its file print server, and windows 2000 is os
