Hi, guys

I have a problem, I have configured in the ars digit-conversion location 1 0, all spaces with DIDs on the first page, then I added more DIDs in the second page and then saved, when I need to change them the DIDs disappear and I can´t modify the DIDs in the second page.

Thanks for the help

Getting used to the tables in CM is kinda funky.

Suppose I did "list ars digit-conversion location 1" and had 5 pages of entries for 1-212-200, 1-212-201, 1-212-202 and listed every NXX up to 1-212-299.
Suppose I wanted to change the entry for 1-212-274, I would have to "change ars digit-conversion location 1 1-212-27" or 1-212-274 exactly to get table I can modify to list the specific numbers I want to change.

I understand you as you mention me , however I have doubts about how to do it , as always I make no location, only " ars digit conversion 0" and I do not understand the difference and why the location of implementing it so , explain the problem such.

On the first page "display ars digit- conversion location 1 0 " I have the page filled with extensions that start in 5000, the second page add DIDs extensions starting with 7000, to save the changes and close work and routed correctly to extensions however now that I can not change because it does not appear when I enter the "cha ars digit- conversion 1 0 " command.

I hope you can help me ,

thanks

post a print screen of your command, what you get and what you want. I think "Change ars digit-conversion location 1 7000" would show the 7000 range and let you be able to change it.

Also, the multilocation dial plan with the whole "location" thing works like this: a phone belongs to a location - either physically because it is on a gateway in location 1 or 2 or 3, etc or because it is an IP phone that belongs to a network region associated to a location 1,2,3,etc.

When you dial numbers in ARS or AAR, they are analyzed in the tables for your location first, then the "all" table.
So, if phone X is in location 2, and dials the ARS code +1-555-555-5555, the system would analyze the strings in "list ars analysis location 2", and use the match in there. If there is no match in "list ars analysis location 2" - then it will check "list ars analysis" which is a separate table that applies to every location after you try your specific location.
