We recently removed our copper trunks and have switched over to digital trunks. our local DIDs were riding across the copper trunks but were transitioned onto the new T1's. How do I point the new pri's for the DID numbers. They just ring and are finally answered by the operator console after 8 rings?

Do 'list trunk' to show your trunk groups, find the one that corresponds to the T1 channel group.
Then do 'change inc trunk <trunk number>' (screenshot attached) In this screen you can map the incoming DIDs to internal extensions. Dialed number will usually be the DID less area codes, in my example because our extensions match the last 4 digits of the DDI range we have for the same area code it's only looking at the last 4 digits. You'll probably be checking 6-8 digits on the inbound number.
