DID

Need some help with this if you can The pic I`m sending to you is of the phone at this church I`ve been working on, It`s a BCM 50 and it has a PRI on it , Ive moved them to temp space over at the school and they have the same set up as the rectory had where they came from !
This is my problem , They have a DID that I set up for them and when the DID is busy the people trying to reach them get a busy , I gave the phone multiple appearance but they still get a busy ! If you look at the right side of the phone there are call hold 1 , 2 , 3 etc. Buttons , On the system it came from when the DID # was busy it would ring one of these call buttons and could take 4 calls at a time !!!
I have looked at the call groups programming etc. And don't know how to set this up !

Under the phone set programming, check Capabilities. You'll probably find DND on Busy is check marked.

I did find out the problem and it wasn`t the DND you suggested but I do appreciate the info !

How many intercom keys do the sets have?

What are those Call Hold keys? could they be SWCA keys?
Do a Button Inquiry on them (Feature * 0) to see.
