Hello,

I have succesfully connected my 3cx phone system to our meridian using a TMDI card / PRI / NI2 protocol / DID trunks. Everything is working fine except for 1 think. If on the 3cx side, the user dials an external number, ex 91234567890, it never gets out from the meridian and will ring forever. Our ac1 is 9 and all our PSTN lines (t1 from vendor) are connected to the 11c.

What can I do ? I tried configuring TIE trunks with NI2 but it's always asking me for CRBC and I don't know what to do with that.

Thanks for your help !

Marco

You are probably right. I just imagined that is was wider :)

What about on the 3cx end? What are you connecting too?

The meridian t1 is connected to a patton gateway (patton smartnode 4970). This gateway is connected to the 3cx thru the network (rj45).

Thanks.
