Usually, the digit '0' is not used from the outside world to reach the operator/attendant. Typically the number of digits match what is sent for a 'normal' station. The number to reach the switchboard is defined in the listed-directory-numbers table.

GOOD MORNING
i filled the parameter digit by 0 to dial the operator, but the call does not result to attendant.
our telecom operator has confirmed that he has sent us the last 4 digits of the number( the number is 044517777 and the number received is 7777); I am looking into what program should I tell these parameters(number of digits, absorbed....)

for the incoming call:
14:48:07 Calling party trunk-group 9 member 1 cid 0x107b
14:48:07 Calling Number & Name NO-CPNumber NO-CPName
14:48:07 tone-receiver 02AXX05 cid 0x107b
14:48:07 active trunk-group 9 member 1 cid 0x107b
14:48:17 term trunk-group 9 cid 0x107b
14:48:17 term attendant-group 1 cid 0x107b
14:48:17 dial 6990
14:48:17 ring attendant 6990 cid 0x107b
14:48:22 idle trunk-group 9 member 1 cid 0x107b

the circuit is released before the establishment of the communicationi don't understabnd...someone has an idea!

Did you add '7777' to the listed-directory number table? That should be all you have to do.
