We have a did id line that looks setupcorrectly but must not be. I have a did line going to a extension. The extension will ring , however, if no one answers the call goes to a message saying the user mailbox is full. I have line set to return to prime and the prime is the the extension. The voice mailbox and extension are the same. I have rebiewed other working etensions and everything looks the same???
