Hi all, I have a quick question about IRG behaviour on an SV9100 if I may.
So in an imaginary situation, I have a DDI in the DDI routing table and it points directly at an IRG which contains 2 extensions.
A call comes in on the DDI and goes to the IRG, and both of the phones ring together.
One of the extensions answers the call and is now busy on that call, the other extension stops ringing.
A 2nd call then comes in on that same DDI. Does the call ring on the extension that is not busy? Or does the external caller hear busy tone?
If both member extensions of the IRG are busy, will a call to the DDI return busy tone or will the caller still hear ringing tone?
Basic stuff, I know, but I'm on the spot about it right now and without an SV9100 system in front of me to test it I'm just not sure.
Thanks,
Dave
