Hi Guys,

It's been a year since I had to do this and I complely forgot how. I have a PRI with a block of 20 DID's attached. I need to convert a DID directly to an extension. I know there is a table somewhere in one of the Loads but I can't remember where. It's an Option 11c.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

Doug

top of my head it is ld 49 idc incoming digit conversion. if you search this forum I believe there are details on how to do it.

If you are unable to create a DN that eqels the DID, then LD49 is the ticket.

The value for "DCNO" can be found or assigned to the Trunk Route, then you are presented with IDGT where you enter the DID then the DN in the same line.

Thank you. That's what I needed. When you cng an IDC to remove a entry, what do you type after the original entry? Nul doesn't work.

Thank You,

Doug

After the IDC value, type "x" to delete the entry.

make sure that the idc table is in your rdb, night and day. that can be a show stopper... i fought one for a while because the main did route (400 trunks) worked.. the overflow route (50 trunks) did not have the same idc table entry
