DID RINGING IN BP 250

Hi ALL,
Please sent a solution for my problem. my ext is 123. people calling me thru did 3501 123. while i am on the phone (ANALOG) if a 3rd man dial the same 3501 123 he will hear ringing tone not busy tone.
how to solve it.

verify Command "1008" on the trunks. Should be disabled.
