hello I have a site that I have A T1, 24 analog lines, and PRI with 80 DID's, it is running XC 6.1 and was setup about 5 months ago. My problem is that sometimes when people are calling from the outside on the DID's , the call wont go through or it will just hang up and this will happen to a few people while everyone else is receiving calls with no problems, the problem will persist for about half an hour and then it will go away, then some other day it will affect some else. Also this will happen even on times when there is not alot of traffic coming in. Could it be norstar? or our service provider? anyone had this problem before, any help will greatly appreciated. Thanks.
