I'm trying to configure DIDs on my system and it seems to work ok except for voicemail. The call will never transfer over to voicemail when I use the DID number but when I call the main number and use the extension the voicemail will pick up after 4 rings.

Configuration:
I have a target line with the Pub received # set properly. I then assigned the DN to it under the assigned DNs tab.
In CallPilot I turned the Auto-Attendant off for line 241 (target line).
Am I missing something?

This is on a BCM 400 4.0. When I originally setup the system I chose the PBX template. Is it possible this is causing an issue?

TIA
Mike

Any help is appreciated.

You need to call forward no answer the extension to the voicemail dn. Press Feature 985 on a phone to get the vm dn.

make if busy to prime set and assign set dn as prime for the target line. this should make it follow the fwd of the set if u have it set up.

Worked Like a Charm!!
Thanks!

Also do what Dasheen said. that way you will get multiple calls to the extension.

Ok, I'll configure Dasheen's suggestion in the morning when I'm in the office.
Thanks for the help!!
