Ok, i'm desperate. I have been over every piece of documentation that i can find.

Magix 2.1 here in house. I have never programmed DID's on this particular switch so I'm stumped.

Where/what doc is that detailed? I haven't found it after countless hours.

Can someone PLEASE guide me to a resource?

I'm desperate.

thanks.

It's just in the regular Feature Reference. You must program the type (wink, loop) DTMF or Pulse, the number of expected digits. Get them connected, observing polarity, and just renumber extensions to match the DID digits being sent. You can delete and add digits, but matching extensions is the easiest.

Thanks TTT.

You are the man.

I was looking too hard. Didn't realize it was that simple. Used to having to program DID's to terminate at extensions or stations...

Working great, thanks again.
