I have a PRI in this AX system. I can call out and can call in, but I am having trouble routing the DID numbers to extentions. Right now everything rings at the console (vacant number to console). I have the trunks in form 15 set to look for 4 digits (the carrier is sending 4). Form 55 I set the 4 digit number to go to a ext. (5831 to X143). In form 13 the incoming and outgoing type is Immediate (not wink), the carrier said it has to be this. Any idea what I am missing? Thanks
 
Try programming an ext with all 4 received digits and see if it rings to that set first. Delete the entry from form 55 first. sounds like everything is hitting the console. Where I am located the PRI is programmed as wink, not sure if the carrier would even know the Mitel switch. Try changing it and see if it still works.
 
In Form 2, you should have an access code for feature 67. In form 15, insert that access code for each trunk under the X column. Feature 67 tells the incoming call to use digit translation.
