DID number

Hi,
We have 20 DID number (the provider send 3XX) and our CM is configured for the phones sets 4XXX. We receive correctly the call to the specific phone but when these phones call the number appear is only the head of DID number.
How could I configure so the owner of a the telephone appear their own DID number not the head of DID

If you're indicating they are making outbound calls and the far end is seeing the head DID, then you can try editing the public unknown numbering table. If your carrier doesn't have a block on the caller-id, this should solve your issue.

Ext Len = 4 (because there is 4 digits that i used)
Ext code = 4 (for 4XXX)
Trunk group = 1 (the trunk group that i created)
CPN Prefix = 146723 (for exemple a DID number is 0146723000 and phone number is 3000)
Total CPN = 9

I'm also assuming your are using the incoming call handling treatment to delete the 3 and insert 4? If that's the case you want the 3xxx to appear to the outside caller so it can ring back in.

I'm not sure your full dialed number, but you can tweak it and see how it comes across.

that's rigth i delete 3 and insert 4
but i still have the head of DID not the DID of the extension

I'd double check with the carrier and make sure they aren't blocking the individual numbers and just passing the billing telephone number of the circuit.

some carriers will not allow this, this may be your issue if you have correcty programmed the public unknown numbering

If that carrier owns the DID block they should allow the individual numbers to pass, but you def don't want your internal numbers being passed out as they wouldn't be dialable from the outside.
