DID not going to nite number 2

I have Nortel CS 1000 but have some problem when I block DID on maximum extensions the problem is the incoming calls are going to different extensions
please guide to solve it

How can i divert calls to operator
and how can i change the nite number which is by default 9
i want to give a dn as nite number
 
Wow, you are kinda all over the place. You have no Console but you want the calls to go to the operator? Why would your Nite # be "9" ??????????????????????/
 
I want to replace the 9 with other DN
as i have no operator console
and want other DN

In LD 86, do a

REQ CHG
TYPE ESN
CUST 0

Press enter until you get to AC1 or AC2 etc, enter in the new value up to 4 digits long and then press enter until you get to REQ again.

This change will affect all phones.

Wait a minute, why would you want to change AC1? This will affect how you dial out. How did we get from changing the Nite DN to changing AC1?

ac1 and ac2 did not defined previously both are blank
