Hi All,

I have a bcm 400 4.0 that when a user is on the 2 intercom keys on t series sets the third DID call that comes into the phone will overflow to the auto attendant greeting and not the users voicemail. Is there a way to make it forward to the users voicemail?

Change Prime Set DN to that extension DN rather than the Auto Attendant DN.

Set forward on busy in set programming to be VM DN, also DID's/ target lines use intercom paths to get to the set. If you only have two intercoms hird call will never get to set /VM on a forward no answer, may need a third intercom

It's not going to the subscriber mailbox because it does not have a path to get to the telephone which would then send it to the mailbox.

It sounds like you may have part of the solution already in place.
Set the prime set on the target line as the Voicemail DN.
In voicemail go to the users mailbox and put the target line number in the Express Messaging Line field.

Now when the line cannot get to the set, it will prime to Voicemail and land in the subscriber mailbox because you've made an association between the line and the mailbox.
