DID Intercept Message, no ATTD, no ANNC board

Hi, I need to point the DID/Tie/ISDN intercept treatment to an announcement on another switch or to a Audix voicemail via attendant console. The system is a Definity G3siV8. I do not have an announcement board nor an attendant console (the only options). I tried to build an ATTD and have activated night-service (on another phone within switch) and cannot get it to go to the night-service destination (assigned under listed-directory number). The purpose for this setup is that we have several sites connected via Asterisk and all 6xxx extensions go to this switch, however, they are not all assigned and instead of giving an error, i want the caller to know that the number does not exist. I do have an announcement board set up on an Avaya CM4.0 that is connected via an ISDN tie line (public network).
How can I set up the intercept treatment to either go to another switch or go to voicemail?

It has to be a local announcement. You can pickup a refurbished TN750C board for around $50.00.

So there is no way to forward the virtual attendant (x port) to a voicemail and have it on perpetual night service?
