DID goes directly to operator yet it's not in the dial plan?

I have this DID that is not part of my switch nor it is (as far as I know) even assigned to the business. Yet if you dial it, it goes directly to the operator.

Is there a way I can trace this number on the switch?

Put a trace up on the trunk group (list trace tac xxx) and dial the number. It's probably going to DID intercept (disp system features) which is defined as 'attd' on your switch.
