DID for E&M Trunks

I have acquired a 61C running 25.40 that has 2 tie trunks configured as E&M4 that terminate to a Strata Dialer. My problem is that it is not passing CLID for incoming calls here is the configuration of my trunk and route:

Can you pass CLID with E&M trunks and if so what should I change?

when you say TIE to dialer, is it Agent Audio path, or out to PSTN??

Yes, you can assign a CLID to that route via the CLEN prompt.

CLEN 1 is telling the system to use CLID Table 1 for CLID. You can create a CLID Table with a specific number and then change this CLEN value to that CLID Table number.

you can pass clid on a tie eam if you build it on a digital rdb.. not from an old analog trunk card

you can't send clid from your loop start home phone.. your provider attaches that to the d on the tdm side of the box

They term to the Strata Dialer for the agent talk path. CLID is being passed from the LEC to the PBX, but it is from the PBX to the Strata Dialer that the CLID is not being passed.
 
If that is Agent Audio path, it has nothing to do with the CLID being passed, it is for the nailed down connection to the dialer app. Have you verified what is coming in on the PRI's to the Dialer? The connection is the dialer. If the dialer is getting it, that is more or less where the agents are.
