I just replaced a customers old voice mail with the CP150. The customer wants a DID to ring directly to the AA for a backdoor direct access to voicemail for people out of the office. The problem is they use F982 and turn answer lines to No during the day.
How can I get this DID line 147 to ring directly to the AA table 1 if it is told not to answer via F982.
I'm sure the old NAM was set up like this but I can not remember how I did it.
I tried setting the DID line to ring in Term&sets under the VM extension (376) but this did not work.
If I set L147 with a prime set of 376 it rings directly to the general delivery mailbox.
What am I forgetting? or am I just mis-remembering (of course the customer swears it was the table 1 greeting that answered the call on zero rings).
