DID Configs not working (HELP) 2

So I have an Issue with a DID programming
I'm getting the calls going to my auto attendant rather than going to the programmed extension via the command incoming call handling treatment trunk group


I'm getting 7 digits from my provider and deleting 7 and inserting the extension xxxx
 
@joe2938 what exactly do you mean you wish to elaborate a bit more
 
So @Joe did the status again and got the call coming into a ISDN TRUNK
 
Does the DID you call have an extension assigned?
Check with the carrier again, to make sure they are sending the number of digits you expect. It would not be the 1st time they were wrong.
 
Do you have only 1 DID?
Is 2368 availed extension?
It makes thing a lot simpler if you can get a DID range that matches up to your extension, by as many digits as you can get.
otherwise you would have to have a line enter for every DID number.
