Did can only be answered at one extension at a time

CS1000e 5.5 PRI

Customer has a did that is built as a seven digit DNS. I have that DN set ascr to several extensions, but if someone answers it all other callers get a disconnect message until the number is idle again. How do I set it where it can be answered multiple times?

Never mind...brain fart. DNs were set as SCR instead of MCR

What is the LHK set to? Does the line have roll over keys?
