DID Call screening.

Hello,
If a set has a DID assigned to it and the user doesn't want some calls to go to the set, can just the DID be forwarded to the attendant so they can screen the calls first, so they can be transfered back? Thanks for the help.

You could try setting up an aswer DN on reception phone, or using the CLID features in the Voice Mail if they have that.

You could assign (in "line assignment") the Target Line for the DID number to "appear and ring" on the operators extension. That will allow the operator to intercept the call prior to the call rolling to the voice mail.
