DID call confirmation when activate EC500 with FNE 1

Hi,

I have a 5.2 and set up a DID as an FNE to toggle ec500. When I dial the DID, I get no sound (dead air). However, it does activate my features. Is there something that I can program that gives me some sort of confirmation tone on my DID call?

I think you want to use the Telecommuter Access for this feature actually.

I get the confirmation tones (2 tones). I did not program anything to create the tones.

I have 5.2.1

Could it be PSTN lag?
