Hello,

Is there a timer in the MD110 where it can disconnect trunk circuit after a period of time (Type TL50)? I have witness a scenario where an analogue extension dials out to an external voice mail while leaving a message he/she accidentally presses the recall key and the call is placed on hold. If the B Party does not send a disconnect the MD110 holds the call up and has done so for the last 7 weeks. Is the way the MD can disconnect trunk conection ignoring whether the call is genuine after a set period of time (let say 10hrs).

IF YOU HACE POLARITY INVERSION IN YOUR TRUNKS THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED

Look on AS, parnum. There is a time adjustment when you put a caller on hold. It may cure your problem. //patcher
