Dialup to a NTSERVER

I am trying to dial in to a Pc which is running NTserver. I can dial into the PDC with no problems. The Machine I am using to dialin on is running NT4. I have tried other machines and they all do the same thing. I can dial in ok and the machine running Ntserver will answer and register the user on the network, However if I try to ping anything on the Network I get request timed out error indicating that I cannot see the network. Is it possible to see the network when dialing into a PC on that is running NTSERVER?

Yes it is however you need to have specified that the dial in connection has access to the network and not just the RAS server. This option is available through RAS Manager

Do you need to have RAS Manager on the server?
