Okay, so I'm not a whiz at handling attendants as I haven't dealt with them in at least a decade. So in the system I am working in now, the dialplan says 0 goes to attd. In the system I have 6 attendants. How do I know which attendant this points to? And does it always point to just one? Thanks in advance. Kind of embarrassed that I don't know attendants, but they're a weird animal. One that I've dealt with very little and that was more than a decade ago.

Assuming they are all 'Day' attendants and you are not using Tenant Parrtitioning, that calls should be evenly distributed among all f the attendants. If the Position Busy button is pressed, that attendant is removed from the queue.

Ok. Got it. Thank you! There are only 2 valid attendants out of the 6.

What happens when the night-serv feature is hit? Does it go to night service for all the trunks listed on the attendant console? How do I know where this night service points to? Also what happens when all attendants are busy? Is there some sort of coverage path? I can't seem to find one.

Waiting calls should ring in on one of their loop buttons.
They may use Trunk Answer Any Station (TAAS) if there is a night bell or the calls may go to a specific destination.
