Hi all- I have a really wierd problem that I could use some help and advice on.

I have 2 MCI PRIs plugged into a Dialogic D/480JCT-2T1 that I can't seem to get working right. The ISDN signaling is set for NI2 (which is what MCI provisioned), the bus Setting is set to SCBus, and the clocking is recieved from the network (no CSU/DSU I'm right at the CO) and while the lights are green on the back of the card, all I get when dialing into it are fastbusys. I know the DIDs and the circuits are good because I plug them into my Avaya phone switch and they work every time (also without a CSU/DSU).

One thing my carrier has noticed is that plugged into the Dialogic card the D-Channel seems to go in/out of service, almost like I'm missing a setting in the configuration. Can anyone you who have more experience with PRIs and Dialogic card point me towards some things to look at regarding the setup or even tell me where I can find more information on how to use the test applications that came installed with the Dialogic board?

I'm almost positive this has something to do with the D Channel but Intel's web help is practically nil. I do have some experience with dialogic cards so if anyone needs additional info to help me let me know and I'll be glad to provide it.

Thanks for reading!

I fixed it. Turned out to not be a technical problem so much as a "beat the telco" problem.

As soon as they got their act together I was golden. Thanks!

Hi novwin,

I just have the same problem, I wonder you still remember
what was the telco fixed. Please, let me know if you do.

Thanks a lots

Please can Visual Voice Pro 5.0 work with new Dialogic board driver 5.1.1?

Thanks
