does anyone have or know of a firmware update of sorts for these phones?? they seem to "freeze" every now and again for no reason, all the rest of 4222's still work perfectly so its not the actual line

that will return the firmware versions of the cards in the pbx, not the actual handsets

but you need to be in BC12 offcourse. if you are in a lower version, do C * 4 on the handset to show the version. exit this mode with #

I should start with upgrading to R3U.
It helped me killing similar problems.
