I have an IPO500 bunch of users dialing externally without dialing a 9 for a trunk, but I am finding that when they want to dial an extension, say 201, it uses the timer in Dial delay Time before connecting the call. This was working where as soon as they dial 201 it would dial, so I don't know what has changed or I have changed rather.
Is it recommended to just use 9, or what timers are the best?
