"Dialing from a BASE POTS and dialing DSN, I am unable to reach Deployed phones that are DSN numbers. Can you check your CM 10 and see if the routing for DSN 700-280-XXXX and 700-281-XXXX did not get removed during the Emergency ASI that occurred last week.
For testing, I have setup an Deployed number on my desk at DSN 700-280-XXXX.
We can also not dial to 8336373669 or 8333306622 (Navy Enterprise Service Desk) since the cm10 upgrade
