I am having trouble dialing digits after dialing 9 for dest code.

I have DID's with prefix of 938 and 944. I have the receive length set to 7.
Using route 001, absorb 1, dest 9.

When I dial 9 and then 3 for prefix 369 I get invalid number error on the phone system.

I can dial any other digit but 3, any ideas why. I also am having problems dialing any of the 944 numbers, I get a fast busy.

Do I have a conflict somewhere?

you will need to change your DNIS to receive 4-6 Digits. Because 9 is what you dial to get out, your DNIS can not start with 9.

Just the way nortel works

Thanks,I origionaly had it set to 4 and changed it to see if I could dial the 944 numbers. Found out it was a Lec issue. I changed the settings back to recv 4 digits, and the phone company fixed the rest.
