Dialing Out Not Working

Hello All,

Having an issue with our IP Office 403 unit. At random times and its only happened 3-4 times in about a 3 week span is people can no longer dial out using '9'. They can dial local extensions but can't dial outside of the company. The only thing I have done to fix this is to reboot the 403 main unit and then it works again. Is the system just getting old? Any ideas what is causing this to happen?

It is already old, with all the rebooting you are lukcky your powersupply still works. But if this has worked before i would check the provider.

The phone provider? I am confused.

I have checked with them and they have no issues on their end. Just thought there was something I could check to see what the problem could be.
