Someone complained that after we moved their 2616 set to a new jack, something is different. They say that they used to be able to dial the last number dialed by hitting their extension button twice. Now they say that it isn't working.
Any ideas? Thanks TJ

look for LNA in the CLS, Last Number Allowed is what makes that happen!

moving it should not have done that unless the tn was changed.. lnrs defaults to 16 digits via the cdb entry. if lna does not work on any phone then check the att option.. it can be turned off customer wide in att data
