Dialing in

I have istalled a 3.6 into a customers site that does not have the data capabilities to allow me to connect through the web. Can anyone tell me how i can DIAL in and make programming changes?

I tried the V.90 route but when trying to set up it says the system needs to reboot. Not sure the customer wants to take down his system in the middle of the day for this to occur.

Can someome please point me in the right direction?

Are you at the site?
you dialed in and it said you had to reboot?

When I dail in using a PPP conection, when it answers I bring up a web browser screen and enter the IP address of the BCM. that brings you to the maim menu.

i was able to complete the dial in process. much easier than i was trying to make it. thanks for the tip.
