Dialing from ip lines

Hi

i have a scn connection, 1 headquarter and 6 regional offices,

all of the regional offices can dial the headquarter over the ip lines, both internal and external calls are successful.
and headquarter can not dial any regional offices over the ip lines, internal calls are correct but externals aren't

on the regional offices,
i write the code in user rights
0212XXXXXXX dial 0212N 11
11 is the ip line between region1 to hq

and in the hq
i write a LCR
0212XXXXXXX dial N 100
100 is the pri's outgoing group id on hq.

this is work for region 1 to hq

i make opposite thing in the hq but it doesn't work.
in the hq
0312XXXXXXX dial 0312N 10
10 is the ip line between hq to region1

in region1

i write a LCR
0312XXXXXXX dial N 0
0 is the analog lines outgoing group id on region 1.


this is the same for all regions, regions can dial but hq can not dial over ip lines to the external receipents in these regions,


in hq
in user rights

[0]053XXXXXXXX dial 053N 99 fct outgoing group id

all of them working , only line 10 doesn't working,

or in LCR

all of them working again , only line 10 doesn't working,

line 10 is the ip line between hq to region1
i want to make phone calls over lease lines and dial in this region for making local calls.

i remembered i was successful at the beginning, and later
we upgrade the systems

3.2.(53) to 3.2.(55)

i don't understand is this the reason of the problem , or something else ,

i want to add something about the problem, it says incompatible when i dial from the ip lines to another regions, the problem is this incompatible message.

first thing i noticed is that region 1 use ipline 11 to headq
and from headq you use 10 to region 1
this should be the same (11)

it is to early now to read the whole shortcodes

it is working
i tried 11 to 11 also, it didn't work again,
if you know another solution about this problem please tell me

also i don't understand all the shortcode in the user rights and the lcr part
probably they only can call true the headq ?
first try it with a system short code only (with out lcr and user rights)

psalso i noticed that i could not get the lcr working on 3.2.55 but i did not spend much time on it
i am sure that i did it before like that

I have no experience with 3.2 and 4.0, but i do know that with 3.1 the priority of the LCR must be 3, could be this bug returned in 4.0.

You should add the shortcode 0312N dial N 0 in the region1 IP Line from hq instead of the LCR.

i tried the ip lines shortcode in hq ip lines line 10,

i didn't try it in line 11 in region1's ip line 11 short code,
ok i will try it thanks,

but i made these dialing in the past ,and i was successful.
system shortcode or user rights in hq , and lcr in region1,2,3,4,5,6.

Hi, the error messages was cause 16 and cause 1

Cause No. 16: normal call clearing. This cause indicates that the call is being cleared because one of the users involved in the call has requested that the call be cleared. Under normal situations, the source of this cause is not the network.


Cause No. 1: Unallocated (unassigned number). This cause indicates that the destination requested by the calling user cannot be reached because, although the number is in a valid format, it is not currently assigned (allocated).

i can not dial regional offices national numbers like [7]02242112097 ip lines , i can dial like 3402 scn numbers over ip lines , but i can not dial national [7]02242112097 numbers, how can i solve this problem, it says incompatible, please help me.
