Hello,

I have a client running an IP Office 500V2 9.0 SP7. They have a requirement to dial 9 in order to make an outbound call. This causes a problem when then try and dial directly from the call log as there is no 9 on the number so it fails. The client would like to maintain the prefix requirement. What would be the best way to allow users to dial successfully from the call log? Would like to know what others have done to resolve this.

Appreciate any help you can provide.

Thanks

In the Line Programming add a 9 to the prefix box. BRI line as an example

Thanks for that Pepp77...seems quite easy. I've made the change but will have to wait until after hours to reboot the system so we'll see how it goes tomorrow.
