My customer reports that when NS is on, outside callers can dial directly to extensions in the 100-199 range (DID's), but not extensions in the 600-699 (DID's). What would I need to do to allow access to the 600-699 range?

Is it dialing from the auto attendant? Sounds like you need to change selector code 6 in the AA programming

I thought it wasn't dialing through the VM but it was, I changed SC 6 to e transfer and it works!
Thank very much Kwing!!
