Dialing attendent from Callpilot 1

I am using CP 5.0 on a cs1000e v4.5. The concern that I'm having is when I dial "0" while listening to a voicemail message, I get a message that states; Your call is being transferred - then I get "That number cannot be reached from this service" Can anyone help me with this? Any help is much appreciated.
 
In the voice mail, open the mail box. In the DN section, down at the bottom you will see the revert DN. Enter the number there you want it to go to and retry your dial 0.
 
Thx, I entered "0" and "89911" both point back to our attendant however, I get "Return Code 60646 - Description - The DN specified is restricted by a Restricted Permission List." when attempting to save. How would I remove these numbers from my RPL and what, if any, would be the repercussions?
 
You should be able to put it in the permissions side and be good to go.
