My client is changing his vendor and does not have to dial 9 anymore.
The problem is all of thier speed dial buttons are set up with a nine.
Is there anyway you can set up the system where you would still have to dial nine.
System is A MICS
If you mean you've changed your Centrex service from the Telco, then you'll probably just have to reprogram each of the speed dial numbers without 9 preceeding them.
