Hi all,
I've been trying to figure this one out all day.
I think I've changed something that has made my IP Office system hang up when I dial 9 to get an outside line. It used to at least take the digits after the 9 and then fail to dial (in the middle of SIP trunk setup).
My Short Code for 9N is
Code: 9N;
Feature: Dial
Telephone Number: N
Line Group ID: 0
Local: blank
Force Account Code: unchecked
Force Authorization Code: unchecked
Can anyone give me a clue? I've tried adding a second code, 8N, with exactly the same results. I can dial other extensions fine.
I'm using IP Office 11.0.0.1.0 build 8, and a J169 Avaya handset.
Thanks,
jason
